Traditionally , the Rum Runners have stayed at The Plaza, which has just the right amount of class for our team and is located on Freemont street, where the tables are cheap and dreams come true. Not to mention the Paradise Buffet is right down the street. We can stay there for between $25 and $35 per person for the whole tournament, depending on how many nights we all stay and how many people we want to put in each room.The Tropicana is the new tournament hotel, and the place where many of the other TiV teams
will be staying. It's also located on the real strip, right next door to the Bellagio. But the tables down there are more expensive and the hotel will cost about $10 more per person. It might be a nice change from what we've always done, though, and it might be fun to be with the other teams.So let me know what you think. write a comment on here or text me or Facebook me or something. I want to make this decision pretty soon because that weekend is when the Super Bowl will be on, and Vegas will probably be a pretty busy place, so I want to make sure we get rooms.

After careful consideration of the many issues involved in such a critical decision I have determined that the Plaza Is the way to go for a team such as ourselves. Freemont street is the shit And lets face it way cheaper than the strip, hence much more appropriate for a bunch of broke college drunkards. Ohh and that is another thing freemont street is much more tolerant of our type of drunkenness.
agreed. we will probably need to drive to the tropicana to check in and pick up our tournament stuff but i don't really care. plaza sounds like a better and more affordable time.
